He is survived by: his significant other Barbara Davis of Kearney; his son Rod McGinnis (Linda) of Hermitage; his brother J. B. McGinnis (Shirley) of Excelsior Springs; his grandchildren, Abby McGinnis, Scott McGinnis, Tanner Gooding and Whitney McCaulley (Graham); his brother-in-law John Knapp of Overland Park, KS; and his son-in-law Phil Gooding of Kearney. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
