He was predeceased by: his parents, William W. Sr. Chappell and Clara S. Chappell (Quinn); his wife Margie; and his sister Rebecca Marler. He is survived by: his children, Jason Chappell (Colleen) of High Ridge, MO and Jennifer Chappell-Coyan of Papillion, NE; his granddaughters, Avrey Coyan, Lindsay Chappell and Emjay Coyan; his sister Regina Hux; his nieces, Kelly Ellis (Gene), Carmen Touchette (Adam) and Lacie Huck (Travis); his aunt Peggy Williamson; his daughter Flannery Bartels (Jered); and his grandsons, August and Jude Bartels.
