He is survived by: his mother Tamara Lucky of Kenosha, Wisconsin; his children, James Madsen of Tucson, Brandon Madsen of Mesa, Arizona, Brianna Madsen of Tempe and Jasmine Madsen of Apache Junction; and his brothers, Billy Madsen of Kenosha, Dustin Madsen of Kenosha and Chris Lucky of Texas.
