She is survived by: her husband Clayton Luther Myers; her sons, Eric Myers of Lebanon and Daniel Myers (Nichole) of Burlington, Kansas; her grandchildren, Cody Myers, Samantha Cook, John Cook, Damon Cook and Abel Myers; her great grandchild Rhett Nolan; her siblings, Randy Hildebrand (Cathi) of Lebanon, Missouri and Becky Perry (Bobby) of Lebanon, Missouri; her nieces and nephews, Matt, Samantha, Angel, Chris and Aaron; and her friend Clayton Myers of Lebanon, Missouri. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
