He was predeceased by: his parents, Nancy Kay Belcher (Dodd) and Carl Belcher; his brother Otis Belcher; and his grandparents, Bramuel Redwine, Hazel Gregory Belcher, Cyrus Dodd and Dorothy White.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Belcher (Amber) of Camdenton, MO, Christopher Belcher (Haley) of Center, MO, Kelsey Shoemyer (Brett) of New London, MO, Kaitlin Boudreaux and Kristina Copple; his grandchildren, Carlee Belcher, Zayden White, Hunter Belcher, Chevie White and Tara Belcher; and his siblings, Troy Woutzke, Catrina McElvain and Mellany Gaines. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, and many close friends.
