He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer David Turner and Stella Aletha Elam. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Turner; his daughters, Becky Austin of West Point and Lisa Arroya of Springfield, Missouri; and his sisters, Barbara Clay of West Point, Mississippi and Cathy Oswalt of West Point, Mississippi. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
