She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Dorf and Rose Dorf (Lambert); and her son Michael Slenker. She is survived by: her husband David Frazier; and her sons, Chris Slenker, Tim (Bobbie Slenker) and Jerome (Cindy Slenker). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Anthony Catholic Church.
