He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Dee "Don" and Minnie "Armeta" Weaver (Sharp); his brothers, Gary Weaver and Johnny Weaver; his aunts, Jane Weaver and Connie Weaver; and his grandmother Brooxie Duncan.
He is survived by: his wife Teri Michaelle Weber; his children, Jessica Daugherty (Kyle) of Mt. Vernon, MO and Brandon Weaver (Alyson) of Kansas City, MO; his granddaughters, Kylee, Reacelyn and Briar Daugherty; his uncle Bob Weaver; his in-laws, Kimi Weber, Scott Weber (Linda) and Keith Weber; and his nieces and nephews, Micah Weaver (Krista), Andrew Weaver (Rachael), Sarah Becker (Jeffrey), Nathan Weaver (Crystal), Kyle Weber (Lianna), Kaci Pierce (Joel), Blake Weber (Julie), Amber Weber and Shane Weber. He is also survived by other relatives and countless friends.
