He was predeceased by: his parents, Pete Reiter and Lois Faye Jackson Reiter; his wife Dorothy "Dottie" Reiter; his brother John Reiter; and his children, Roy Reiter, Anita Kaer and David "Scotty" Clark.
He is survived by: his children, Paul "Buddy" Rowen, Misty Harris, Amanda Judd and Kaitlyn Moore; and his sister Pam Mandel. He is also survived by many grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
