He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Elizabeth Campbell (Riley) and Leonard Campbell; and his siblings, Billy, Pat, Mike, Father Tom, John "Bud", Jimmy, Charlie "Danny" Campbell, Kate Mohwinkle, Hazel Burke, Mary "Sis" Goltz, Margaret Corneliuson, Barbara Magner and Esther "Essie" Campbell.
He is survived by: his children, Kari Nevins and Chris Campbell of Camdenton, MO.; his grandchildren, Cody, Kaylie, Jaiden, Austin, Cameron and Tana; and his great grandchildren, Jaxson, Violet, Chance, Gracelyn and Melanie.
