He was predeceased by: his parents, Basil Mitchell and Bertha Mitchell (Kensinger); his brother Bobby; his sister-in-law Doris Mitchell; his niece Sandy; and his brother-in-law Larry Clines.
He is survived by: his wife Dixie Mitchell of Louisburg, MO.; his daughter Terry Russell (Tim); his grandson Curtis Russell (Tiffany) of Bolivar, MO; his great grandchild Phoenix; and his sons, Isaiah and Mark Mitchell (Brenda).
