She was predeceased by: her husband Virgil Junior Houston; her siblings, John Edwards, Mary Edwards, Elsie Blair and Anita Watkins; and her siblings-in-law, Glen Blair, Vic Watkins, Ed Roe and Willa Roe.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Houston (Connie) of Columbia, Alice McDermott (Jim) of Camdenton, Elizabeth Doney (Ed) of Camdenton, Martha Wood (Bill) of Camdenton and Mark Houston (Nancy) of Aledo, Texas; her grandchildren, J. J. Wallace, Jr., Christy Pond (Jim), Darin McDermott, Stephen Bradley, Jessica McDonald (Patrick), Shy Carter (Houston), Elise Dowell (James), Wil Houston and Shane Houston; her great grandchildren, Madeline, David Pond, Kate, Chloe, Emma, Abby, Lily, Patrick III and Millie McDonald; her sister-in-law Mary Lou Edwards; her niece Marcia Hutchinson (Tony); her great-nephew Robert; and her great-niece Jane. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
