He is survived by: his wife Maxine Shirley Garrett; his siblings, Carol Seamster and Lyle Garrett (Lana); and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Garrett, Bonnie Oakes and Dale Oakes. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members.
