She is survived by: her husband Larry Allen Wade; her sons, Stacey Allen Wade (Krisy) of Pleasant Hill and Jeremy Edward Wade (Jamie) of Lee's Summit; her granddaughters, Addey, Macey and Delanie; and her siblings, Sheila Mikle of Blue Springs and Dean Nelson of Marshall. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other extended family.

Instead of sending flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to the University of Central Missouri Alumni Foundation or the American Heart Association.
