He was predeceased by: his parents, Fernando Monroe and Octavia Elizabeth Capps (Mann); and his siblings, Wayne Capps, Shirley White, Harold "Tom" Capps, Lonnie Capps, Alveritta Leap, Lester Capps, Audrey White, Maudra "Boy" Capps, Ross Capps, Ila Black, Bessie Banner, Clint Capps, Marvin Capps, Martha Watkins and Bettie Bradshaw.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home (15 Clint Ave, Camdenton, MO 65020). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be made to Lake Regional Hospice in care of Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home at 15 Clint Avenue, Camdenton, Missouri 65020.
