He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Rosack and Gertrude Stillwell; his stepfather Keith "Red" Oettle; his children, Melisa Rosack and Robert Parker, Jr.; his sister Oray McAfoos; and his stepsister Roberta Steingrubey.
He is survived by: his wife Sally Lynne Palen; his children, Michele Rosack of Alton, Steven Rosack (Linda) of Linn Creek, Melinda Hopper (Martin) of Gillespie, Kathleen Allison (Bruce) of Camdenton, Vickie Shelton (John) of Camdenton, Cindy Brown (Kenny) of Camdenton and David Parker (Michelle) of Reno, Nevada; and his brother Michael Oettle of Alton, Illinois. He is also survived by twenty-three grandchildren; numerous great-grand and great-great-grandchildren.
