She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne England and Mildred Shaw England. She is survived by: her husband James Maidment; and her children, Sharr Ford (Elizabeth) of Springfield, Clark Ford of Springfield, Candy Perry of Harlan and Tomi Webber of Council Bluffs, Iowa. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
