He was predeceased by: his parents, James Thomas "Jim" and Elizabeth Ann "Betty" Byland (Osbourne). He is survived by: his wife Liz Byland; his children, James Franklin "Jay" Byland (Tamara) of New Albany and Katie McGraw (Bryan) of Jefferson City; his brothers, Tom Byland (Melissa) of Bentonville and Bob Byland (Phyllis) of Bonne Terre; his grandchildren, Elijah, Sarai Byland, Mia and Bubba McGraw; and his nieces and nephews, Ben, Jake Byland, Mindy Lurk (Justin) and Sarah Byland.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Jefferson City High School (609 Union St, Jefferson City, MO 65101).
