He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wilbur Walters and Flora Ellen Walters (Cullen); his children, Jeffery Walters of Washington States, Douglas Walters of Washington States and Karla Walters of Oregon States; and his siblings, Betty Rogers of Camdenton and David Walters of Decaturville, Missouri.. He was also cherished by five grandchildren.
