He is survived by: his wife Mary Johnson of Camdenton, Missouri; his children, David Carver and Lynn Sweet; and his siblings, Terry Johnson, Scott Johnson, Bonnie Johnson Nigh and Kimbery Johnson. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
