He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Zane and Hazel Louise Whitworth (Ray); his children, Brooke Whitworth and Kevin Whitworth; and his brother Kenny Whitworth.
He is survived by: his wife Arlene Belle Kreienheder; his children, Kimberly Ruehter (Dwayne) of Linn Creek, Brittany Lowary (Jim) of Montreal, Missouri and Luke Hahn (Lisa) of Hawk Point, Missouri; his grandchildren, Lance, Tonya Rothenberger, Jenna, Ashley Hahn and Cora Lowary; his sisters, Lisa VanHook of Camdenton and Karen Dobbins of Laurie, Missouri; and his sister-in-law Barb Whitworth of Macks Creek, Missouri. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude through the funeral home, or can be left at the church on the day of services.
