He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Owens and Beverly Owens; and his siblings, Gary Michael Owens and Linda Lee Owens. He is survived by: his siblings, Susan Hanus (Mike), Bonnie Owens, Cheryl Owens, Jane Jacobek, Jody Suga (Nobuo) and David Owens (Kathy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
