He is survived by: his children, Brittney Clark, Tynisa Swinton, Bradley Clark, Jr. and Cody Clark; his grandchildren, Jaiden, Alexis, Jaxon, Hayden, Asia, Koa, Trey, Saiya, Kiarra, Harmonie, Navi, Nya, Houston, Roxzen, Jasmine, Jett and Londynn; his uncles, Terry Clark and Billy Clark; and his former wife Tammy Gilmore.
