He is survived by: his partner Sandy Sullens of Lebanon; his children, Dori, Rick Sullens, Mark and Crystal Sullens; his grandchildren, Chressa, Christopher and Alyssa; and his great grandchildren, Landon, Carson and Levi. He is also survived by his friends and family.
