It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kay Parks of Camden, Missouri, born in Gallatin, Missouri, who passed away on June 11, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil C. Curtis and Elinore Curtis (Ward); her husband Ralph Parks, Jr. of Ray County; her son Troy Lynn Parks; her brother Howard Curtis; her half-brothers, Clyde Mullikin, Jr., Darrel Mullikin and Loren Curtis; her sister Rosalie Barnes; and her stepfather Clyde Mullikin.

She is survived by: her children, Brian Parks (Lori) of Richmond and Aimee Clark of Odessa; her grandchildren, Dustin Parks, Addison Long, Lissa Long, Stevie Clark, Ty Clark, Jacob Clark and Harley Parks; her great grandchildren, L'Eeanna Long, Maddy Parks and Nichole Parks; her brother Gary Curtis (Donna) of Winston; her half-siblings, Rex Curtis of Uniontown, PA and Zelpha Milligan (Jim) of Braymer; and her stepmother Louise Curtis of Gallatin.
