We are sad to announce that on June 14, 2019, at the age of 72, James Claire Sheppard Jr. (Camden, Missouri), born in Kansas City, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Clair and Bernice Nadine Sheppard, Sr. (Plaskett); and his brother Frank Alrich Sheppard. He is survived by: his spouse Nieta L. Harrison of Richmond; his daughter Christi Tackett (David) of Rayville; his grandchildren, Brittany Sander (Derrick), Christopher Tackett and Adrian Woods (Nathan); his great grandchildren, Maddox, Kiley, Colten, Liam and Warren; and his sisters, Bonnie Roberts (Jim) of Omaha, NE and Pat Holder (David) of Durango, CO. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Lexington VFW Post #4052.
