He was predeceased by: his parents, Winnie Scrivener (Deane) and James Olin Scrivener; and his sister Patsy Smith. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Scrivener of Lake; his siblings, James Scrivener (Lila) of Dearborn, MO and Betty Rust (Bill) of Smithville, MO; his children, Randal Scrivener of Lake and Tracy Shippee (Adam); and his grandchildren, Gracelyn and Benjamin of Smithville, MO. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
