With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joy A. Thompson of Camden Point, Missouri, born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on April 25, 2022 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward E. Molinar and Edna E. Molinar; and her siblings, Harriet McMechen, Jane Duzich, Jean Quinn and Joan McGovern.
She is survived by: her sons, Hoy Thompson III of Oakland, CA, James Thompson of Camden Point, MO and Matthew Thompson of Allen, KS; and her granddaughters, Meghan Thompson of Allen and Courtney Thompson of Americus, KS. She is also survived by several nieces and extended family and friends.
