He was predeceased by: his former wife Dotty Clayton; his daughter Nora Polifcheck; and his sisters, Mary Sue Dooley, Bess Edwards and Maxine Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Emma Jean Clayton; his stepdaughters, Annette Catlett and Kellie Knorr (Richard); his daughters, Debbie Grabert, Diane Clayton, Mary Dixon, Regina Clayton and Theresa Valentine; and his sister Joann Taylor. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
