She was predeceased by: her parents, James Samuel and Gwendolyn Marie Boyd (Cockriel); and her brother Raymond Boyd. She is survived by: her spouse R. D. Jacks; her son Douglas Jacks (Cheryl); her granddaughters, Wendy Herberg (Carl) and Jaime Ward (Steve); and her great grandchildren, Cole, Thomas, Ava Herberg, Madelyn, Gideon, Andrew and Lydia Ward. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
