He is survived by: his sister Susan Guyer (Roger) of Monroe City, MO; his niece Pamela Laperchia (Michael); his nephew Dennis Guyer; his brother Daniel Mayhew of Macon; his nieces and nephews, James Mayhew (Chloe) and Machera Mayhew; his daughter Modeste Ewing (Brian) of Macon; his grandchildren, Madelyn Ewing, Cailin Ewing, Joshua Bruce, Allison Bright, Andrea Bright, James Bright and Nolan Bright; and his great grandchild Hayleigh Lucas. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the Randy Johnson Memorial Fund or the Macon County Rescue Squad.
