He is survived by: his wife Nancy Roe; his children, Benjamin Biegel (Anna) of Moberly, MO, Carrie Hayward (Troy) of Salisbury, MO, Julia Quinn (Christopher) of Kansas City, MO and Hayley Biegel of Callao, MO; his sister Cindi Serfass (Bill) of Callao, MO; and his grandchildren, Ashton Biegel, Zach Biegel, Zoey Biegel, Elliott Hayward, Rylie Hayward, Chase Quinn and Adelynn Quinn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
