He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold D. Smith and Neva Smith (Sandner); and his brother Melvin Smith. He is survived by: his wife Dodie of Callao; his children, David Smith (Angie) of Joplin, MO, Dean Smith of Bevier, Leighann Roberts (Jeff) of Bevier and Donnie Smith (Jeanie) of Bevier; and his brothers, Roy Smith and Waldo Amedei. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials to the Randy Johnson Memorial Fund.
