Shirley Dean Bay Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Shirley Dean Bay of California, Missouri, born in Kansas City, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 20, 2025 at the age of 87. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Merlin Hall and Mary Maxine Hall; her husband Franklin "Sonny" Bay; and her sister Sandra Wagers. She is survived by: her children, Linda Golden, Alan Bay and Troy Bay; her grandchildren, David Golden, Brady Golden, Corri Graves, Tabitha Nichols and Jeremiah Bay; and her siblings, Roy Hall, Gwyn Van Vleck and Dick Hall. She is also survived by 9 Great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Dickey Funeral Homes (2401 E Mechanic St, Harrisonville, MO 64701). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Interim Hospice and sent in care to Dickey Funeral Home, P.O. Box 432, Harrisonville, Missouri 64701.
