He was predeceased by: his brothers, John (Suzanne) and Thomas Mitchell. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Maureen Mitchell (Barton); his children, Stephanie Coulter (Curran), Bradley Mitchell (Hannah) and Mallory Alexander (Chance); his grandchildren, George and Charlie Coulter; and his children, Adelaide Mitchell, Cooper and Jane Alexander.

In lieu of flowers, please offer mass or provide donations to SLUH Class of 1974 Scholarship Fund or The TKE Triangle Foundation at Missouri University of Science and Technology.
