It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Maurice Sanford of California, Missouri, born in Trenton, Missouri, who passed away on February 18, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his significant other Carolyn; his sons, Rick (Megan) and Dave (Amanda); and his grandchildren, Addie, Libby and Raimee.

Through his involvement, he formed lifelong friendships and made lasting contributions to the welfare of veterans and their families.
