He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean E. Rellihan (Hart) and Jerimiah J. Rellihan. He is survived by: his son Philip Rellihan Jr. (Laurie); his grandchildren, Nick Rellihan, Abby Diveley (Adam), Zack Rellihan and Adam Ross (Pahini); his great grandchildren, Quinn, Henry Diveley, Bodi, Kiaan and Saurin Ross; and his children, Jennifer, Julie, Kim Ross and Jeff Rellihan.
