Norma Mae Hughes Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Norma Mae Hughes of California, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 1, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Garrison and Velma Garrison; her son Jimmie E. Hughes; her husband Fred Cleveland Hughes Jr.; her grandson Matthew Hughes; and her siblings, Ray Garrison, Betty Gambriel, Carroll Garrison, Arthur Garrison, Gene Garrison, Dan Garrison and Maxine Simmons.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Rhonda Hughes; her grandchildren, Bruce Hughes (Becky), Mark Hughes (Mary), Mark Gammons (Miki) and Monica Rook (Brian); her great grandchildren, Tyler Rook, Damion Gammons (Calista), Victoria Martin (Gabe), Benjamin Hughes, Bekah Hughes, Kelly Hughes and Shallyn Gammons; and her great great grandchildren, Harlow Gammons and Evelyn Martin.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 7th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the White Chapel Memorial Gardens Cemetery (5234 State Hwy EE, Springfield, MO 65802).
