She was predeceased by: her parents, George Garrison and Velma Garrison; her son Jimmie E. Hughes; her husband Fred Cleveland Hughes Jr.; her grandson Matthew Hughes; and her siblings, Ray Garrison, Betty Gambriel, Carroll Garrison, Arthur Garrison, Gene Garrison, Dan Garrison and Maxine Simmons.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Rhonda Hughes; her grandchildren, Bruce Hughes (Becky), Mark Hughes (Mary), Mark Gammons (Miki) and Monica Rook (Brian); her great grandchildren, Tyler Rook, Damion Gammons (Calista), Victoria Martin (Gabe), Benjamin Hughes, Bekah Hughes, Kelly Hughes and Shallyn Gammons; and her great great grandchildren, Harlow Gammons and Evelyn Martin.
