She was predeceased by: her parents, Battista Zanaboni and Teresa Zanaboni; her siblings, Louise Zarinelli (late John) and Joseph Zanaboni (late Shirley); her son-in-law James Merlo; her niece Laura Rabb (Dan); and her nephew Cody Locastro.

She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Merlo (Lorenzo Gonzalez) and Patty Scherzinger (Bill); her granddaughters, Jenny Schmidt (Brian) and Margaret Ott (Jeremy); and her great grandchildren, Gertie, Willa, Jane, Ruth, Zia Anna (Vic) of Dolores, Margaret Zarinelli (Michael Barnett), Virginia Zarinelli, Angela Oberkfell (Dale), David Zanaboni (Nancy) and Paul Zanaboni (Ann).

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Mary Ann's memory to St. Ambrose Eucharistic Ministry (by mail only), the St. Ambrose Senior Citizens Group (by mail only) or the Sick and Elderly Program of The Hill would be greatly appreciated by her family.
