He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Riggs and Beulah Riggs; and his former wife Delories Riggs. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Pamela (Ben), David (Joann) and Barbara (Kevin); his stepchildren, Patrick (Cathy) and Tracy (David); his siblings, Jim, Bob Riggs, Diana and Jeanette; and his siblings-in-law, Lyn and Frank. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
