She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde William and Bessie Augusta Simonin (Giddens); her husband John Taylor; her daughter Diana Hobbs; and her grandson John Brill.

She is survived by: her daughter Linda Brill (Bob) of Avondale, MO; her granddaughters, Kimberly Hobbs of Overland Park, KS, Stefanie Hobbs of Warrensburg, MO and Jenna Kirk (Brad); her great grandchildren, Avery of Liberty Hill, TX and Brooks Kirk of Liberty Hill, TX; and her friend Joe Bradshaw. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
