He is survived by: his children, Karen Muier of Rocky Mount, MO, Jim West of Warsaw, MO, Karla West of Grandview, MO, Jeff West of Warsaw, MO, Jerry West of Warsaw, MO and Jay West of Claymount, DE.. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
