It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hugh L. Libby of California, Missouri, born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on April 28, 2024, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh H. Libby and Helen Libby; and his sons, Matthew and Daniel. He is survived by: his significant other Randinne Zuck.
