Howell (David D.); her grandchildren, Sonia M. Wagner, R. Scott Zuroweste, Jason D. Howell (Victoria), Jeffrey H. Howell (Susan) and James C. Howell; and her great grandchildren, Owen, Hailey, Maggie, Lily and Emma.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association, the American Heart Association or the charity of the donors choice.
