He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Johnson and Helen Johnson (Johnson). He is survived by: his wife Carolyn R. Johnson (Johnson); his children, Frederick A. Johnson, Jr. of California, MO and Angela Murphy (Kevin); his grandchildren, Genevieve, Myles Murphy and Harper Johnson A; his son Phillip J. Johnson; and his brothers, Michael and Herman Johnson.
