She was predeceased by: her father Albert Periman; her parents-in-law, Bill and Mary Lantz; her grandmother Ida Fox; her stepfathers, Floyd Gass and Harold Umberger; her brother Kevin Umberger; and her siblings-in-law, Barbara Lantz and Kevin Petree.
She is survived by: her husband Bill Lantz; her daughter Rosemary; her son-in-law Trent Terrell; her grandchildren, Eliza, Liam and Violet; her mother Eden Phillips; her siblings, Bill Periman (Nancy), Jimmy Periman (Justine), Brenda Obert (Gary), Nancy Periman and Harold "Leslie"; and her siblings-in-law, Jo Osborn, Charles Lantz (Willa Jessee), Pat Lantz (Geri) and Mary Petree.
