He is survived by: his brother Kenneth; his wife Toni Hickman; his son Matthew (Shirleen); his great grandchild Hunter Thomas Moore; his daughters, Julie Bolls (Ken) and Margie Stewart (Joel); his daughter-in-law Nicole; his grandchildren, Maggie Moore (Sam), Tom Bolls, Katie Bolls, Emily Bolls and Joe Wieland; his great grandchild Hunter Moore; and his siblings, Linda Bunch (Dan) and Kenny Wieland (Beverly). He is also survived by parents, aunts, uncles.
