She was predeceased by: her parents, William F. Bollmeyer and Eva Blanche Bollmeyer (Sanders); her grandmother Concordia; her husband Herbert S. Hestand; and her siblings, Eva Vassar, Jean Manning, Irene Pennington and William.
She is survived by: her children, James Hestand (Melinda) of Harrisonville, Thomas Hestand (Marlene) of Olathe and Linda Heishman (Clay) of Warrensburg; her grandchildren, Amy Cadwell, Nicholas Hestand (Amanda), Elizabeth DiLillo (Tony), Sarah Lienemann, Stacey Heishman and Jennie Heishman (Alan Castillo); and her great grandchildren, Cadeyn Hestand, Grayson Lienemann, Asher, Ellie and Levi DiLillo.
