He is survived by: his spouse Verna Jean Parks; his brother Ditching; his children, Cozette Pyeatt of Vacavilla, California, David E. Dittmer (Angie), Matthew Dittmer (Mandy), Windsor, Patrick Dittmer (Amber) and Clinton; his grandchildren, Audrey Pyeatt, Ian Pyeatt, Erin Pyeatt, Steven Dittmer (Brittany), David L. Dittmer, Christopher Dittmer (Kristie), Sara Copowycz, Haley LeClaire (Michael), Eli Dittmer, Sydney Dittmer, Abby Dittmer, Isaiah Dittmer and Emslie Dittmer; and his brother Jim Dittmer of Troy, Illinois. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and a host of extended family.
