He is survived by: his wife Mable Day; his daughters, Debbie Smith (Steve) of Boaz, AL and Jackie Gipson (Bob) of Moberly, MO; his grandchildren, Jason Smith (Norma) of Brookfield, MO, Travis Gipson (Jesse) of Orlando, FL, Mike Smith (Chelsea) of Boaz, AL and Chelle Smith of Gallatin, MO; and his great grandchildren, Brooklyn Noyes, Lincoln Smith and Emmeline Smith. He is also survived by other extended family members and in-laws.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the Zion Lutheran Church.
